During my recent stay at Bm Acacia Hotel And Apartments, I had a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located for both business and leisure purposes. The room service was efficient and the food was satisfactory. I was especially impressed with the professional and fast check-in process, thanks to Mr. Kareem Mallah who was very helpful and professional. The hotel staff were pleasant and accommodating throughout my stay. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Reception was helpful and informative, providing all necessary information about inclusive packages. Housekeeping staff, especially Mr. Waqas, was trustworthy and attentive to personal belongings. Friendly garden crew and accommodating restaurant staff, particularly Mr. Abdul Rahim, made the stay enjoyable. Checkout department ensured a pleasant and important feel.

Additionally, the dining options are diverse and delicious, and the spa and wellness center is a great way to unwind after a long day.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with housekeeping delivering all our requests cheerfully. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we were especially pleased with the free access to Bin Majid beach resort, which was just a short 5-minute drive away. The location near the RAK industrial area was convenient for us, as we had business in the area. The staff, particularly Ishwar at the reception, was incredibly professional and kind. He even upgraded us to a Junior suite free of charge. We also appreciated the proximity to a mall and convenience store, as well as the option to cook our own food.
